As a Professional Executive Assistant to private family offices and CEOs, I have worked in a multitude of capacities to ensure operational success for diverse organizations and key executives. Managing projects and strategically executing tasks to accomplish set goals, leading to more organized and profitable businesses, is one of my passions. 

Previous successes include office start-ups with sole responsibility for all aspects of office creation and management. I have helped companies build out offices from bare sheetrock, coordinating architects, interior designers, commercial electric, IT infrastructure, office equipment and appliance installation, furniture purchase and delivery and art installation. I have also set up and managed electronic filing systems to manage all business and personal needs, including supporting multiple multinational corporate entities and nonprofit organizations. Once the infrastructure is in place, I then transitioned to identifying, hiring and training key personnel. 

I’m comfortable supporting high-net-worth individuals and founder and CEO-level company leaders, working with board members and major shareholders and operating in an international business environment. In previous roles, I routinely facilitated five-figure cash transactions, and have been entrusted with international financial instruments and accounts with access to nine figures. For entrepreneurial families, I have managed fleet vehicles and exotic cars, multiple business and personal properties with staff, and planned and managed private and corporate events, including a multimillion-dollar wedding celebration. 

I have always consistently maintained the strictest confidentiality with regard to the business and personal and financial information with which I have been entrusted.
